Provide frontline IT support by resolving internal support tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, imaging and maintaining Windows workstations, supporting Active Directory and remote desktop environments, participating in IT projects, documenting resolutions in the ticketing system, and providing on-call after-hours and weekend support.

Greet patients and visitors, register and create patient files, input information into the EHR, answer and route phone calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and travel between clinic sites as needed. Provide general front-desk support and perform other assigned duties.
