Prepare and edit prebills and high-volume client invoices using Aderant and Prebill Viewer; ensure compliance with billing guidelines; submit e-bills via EHub; monitor and resolve rejections or reductions; respond to billing inquiries and produce ad hoc reports and special project work.

Manage and maintain the firms IP docketing system for U.S. and foreign patents, trademarks, copyrights, domain names and TTAB. Process mail, enter deadlines, perform quality control, notify attorneys, track PTO updates, generate reports, and support special projects to ensure accurate, timely docketing and compliance with firm policies.

The M&A Associate will handle corporate transactions, focusing on M&A and private equity, leading teams, and drafting complex agreements.
