Senior associate advising financial services clients on regulatory and compliance matters. Handle licensing/chartering, BSA/AML, sanctions, third-party risk, consumer compliance, and enforcement matters. Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting; manage client relationships and significant responsibilities. Must be admitted or eligible to practice; Spanish fluency preferred.

Prepare and edit prebills and high-volume client invoices using Aderant and Prebill Viewer; ensure compliance with billing guidelines; submit e-bills via EHub; monitor and resolve rejections or reductions; respond to billing inquiries and produce ad hoc reports and special project work.

The Client Manager is responsible for implementing strategic client relationship management, enhancing client service, and collaborating across teams to drive business development and satisfaction.
