The Client Manager is responsible for implementing strategic client relationship management, enhancing client service, and collaborating across teams to drive business development and satisfaction.

Prepare and edit prebills and high-volume client invoices using Aderant and Prebill Viewer; ensure compliance with billing guidelines; submit e-bills via EHub; monitor and resolve rejections or reductions; respond to billing inquiries and produce ad hoc reports and special project work.

Supervise billing specialists and manage daily billing operations for the Chicago office, ensuring accurate, timely invoicing, resolving escalations and e-billing disputes, training staff, producing ad-hoc reports, and recommending process improvements and automation to maintain compliance and efficiency.
