Leads GreenLight’s legal and compliance function, focusing on workforce compliance, worker classification, employment law, commercial contracts, international legal coordination, product compliance, privacy, fraud prevention, and responsible AI. Advises leadership, manages outside counsel, supports escalations and investigations, translates regulations into scalable processes and product controls, and strengthens contracting, partner oversight, and compliance operations.
