Teams at Greif, Inc.

Leads medium-complexity manufacturing engineering projects, including equipment design, process improvements, automation, machine rebuilds, and manufacturing line installations. Develops technical requirements, budgets, schedules, layouts, documentation, and handover packages. Provides hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Collaborates with plants, maintenance teams, vendors, and EH&S to improve safety, reliability, productivity, and profitability. Extensive travel is required.

Provides regional leadership for quality systems, product safety, regulatory compliance, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites. Partners with plant leadership and quality teams to standardize processes, troubleshoot product and process issues, monitor performance, and resolve compliance risks. Coaches quality personnel, supports audit readiness, interprets quality data, and serves as a technical resource while collaborating with operations, engineering, and regulatory stakeholders.

Develop and maintain production schedules while balancing customer demand, labor, equipment capacity, materials, and inventory. Monitor capacity, bottlenecks, inventory levels, and schedule performance; coordinate purchasing and suppliers to resolve shortages and delivery issues. Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support on-time delivery and improve planning processes.
