Partners with plant leaders and employees to align HR programs with manufacturing goals. Responsibilities include workforce planning, performance management, talent development, training, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, engagement, offboarding, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance. The role is onsite five days per week in Oswego, Illinois and supports a 60-person, multi-shift manufacturing workforce.

Leads enterprise Microsoft 365 and Power Platform governance, security, compliance, reliability, licensing, and cost management. Operates the Power Platform Center of Excellence, establishes environment and application lifecycle standards, leads SharePoint migrations, automates workflows, and integrates enterprise systems. Drives adoption through training, templates, and self-service resources while aligning platform strategy, emerging capabilities, and technical releases with business and organizational change priorities.
