Develop and implement global engineering standards, best practices, and compliance processes across manufacturing operations. Harmonize technical platforms, monitor KPIs, conduct audits, support capital projects, and improve efficiency, safety, quality, and sustainability. Provide technical guidance, interpret regulations, train engineering teams, incorporate environmental objectives, and revise standards based on defect analysis. The role requires global collaboration, functional technical leadership, and approximately 20% international travel.

Leads the North American Seasonings category strategy, portfolio performance, pricing, profitability, innovation commercialization, SKU optimization, and customer value. Owns operating plans and financial targets while partnering with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Culinary, Supply Chain, Finance, and Innovation. Identifies market and consumer opportunities, develops product pipelines, and drives sustainable category growth across a B2B food ingredients environment.

Partners with plant leaders and employees to align HR programs with manufacturing goals. Responsibilities include workforce planning, performance management, talent development, training, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, engagement, offboarding, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance. The role is onsite five days per week in Oswego, Illinois and supports a 60-person, multi-shift manufacturing workforce.
