Teams at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union

Supports the Business Transformation team through process mapping, documentation, data gathering, analysis, and other transformation projects. Collaborates with subject-matter experts and credit union teams, works with data across multiple systems, and synthesizes findings into actionable insights. The fully remote internship requires collaboration via Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex, with flexibility around school schedules and a maximum of 29 hours per week.

Supports the Service Delivery team with ServiceNow platform maintenance, configuration, workflow automation, reporting, ticket lifecycle management, testing, data validation, and documentation. Gains hands-on exposure to ITSM processes and Agile methodologies while collaborating remotely with team members. Requires at least 20 hours weekly, with schedules accommodating school commitments.

Supports commercial loan system administration, department reporting, and analysis of deposit and lending activities. Works with large datasets across multiple systems to synthesize actionable insights, collaborates with credit union departments, and performs related administrative and analytical tasks under supervision. The internship is fully remote with optional office work and is limited to 29 hours per week.
