Own and architect the People Systems roadmap: build Rippling automations (Workflow Studio), manage sandbox QA, run the annual compliance calendar, maintain HRIS integrations, and mentor People Operations staff. Evaluate AI tooling to reduce manual work and ensure data integrity across people tech.

Process, validate, and respond to inbound medical record and ROI requests from clients, payors, and legal requesters. Ensure releases comply with HIPAA and state privacy laws, maintain patient confidentiality, communicate with requesters and providers, log requests, and collaborate on chart audits and process improvements to support providers and customers.

Provide inbound support to payor partner clinicians and clients via phone, chat, and email; troubleshoot billing and product issues with RCM and Engineering; collaborate across Customer Operations; meet with manager for feedback and goals. Fully remote role with occasional (2-3/yr) travel for offsites.

Support clinical quality operations across a network of providers by reviewing documentation for completeness, risk, and payor compliance; handle complaint, grievance, and payor review workflows; conduct provider outreach and education; and contribute clinical judgment to quality initiatives and audit readiness.

The Senior Manager of Clinical Quality will lead the Clinical Quality team, manage performance, oversee provider quality programs, and ensure effective clinical standards across a network of providers.

The Specialist III, Enrollment Operations manages delegated credentialing agreements with health insurance payors, ensuring compliance and operational execution while preparing for audits and assisting in communication with payor relationships.
