Manage end-to-end launch and enablement for product and technology releases: create readiness plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, develop training and communications, track milestones/risks, run readiness reviews, and oversee post-launch adoption and continuous improvement.

Support launch readiness by coordinating trackers, communications, training, meeting logistics, and documentation. Collect stakeholder inputs, track risks and questions, assist with release notes and training materials, run readiness reviews and retrospectives, and capture post-launch feedback to improve launch processes and templates.

Establish and maintain product operations standards, tools, reporting, and governance. Manage Product Owner function, track portfolios and roadmaps, prepare executive reporting, facilitate operating forums, partner on prioritization and launch readiness, and continuously improve product planning, tracking, and handoff processes.
