Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, system integrations, governance processes, and business intelligence reporting. Partner with leaders and vendors across Finance, Sales, Operations, and HR to improve data quality, automate workflows, establish consistent KPIs, and support scalable decision-making. The role also addresses permissions, security, audit trails, backups, and integration of acquired companies.

Own and build the B2B marketing function, including demand generation, integrated campaigns, HubSpot, marketing metrics, budget, agencies, and pipeline forecasting. Develop lead-generation models, dashboards, attribution, and ROI reporting while partnering with sales and leadership. Manage research, positioning, content, SEO, paid media, events, and account-based marketing. Support acquisitions through marketing system integration, branding, and cross-sell programs.

Drive growth across large, multi-site corporate accounts throughout North America. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, leading complex sales cycles, building executive relationships, communicating technical electrical safety solutions, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, and expanding client relationships through upselling and cross-selling. The role requires consultative B2B sales experience, technical safety knowledge, CRM proficiency, and approximately 25–40% travel.
