Supports Oracle Health/Cerner EHR implementation by delivering change management, training, communications, workflow analysis, stakeholder engagement, go-live support, and sustainment activities. Provides on-site end-user assistance, develops presentations and project deliverables, tracks initiatives, identifies process improvements, and supports client and business development activities. Requires extensive travel and 12-hour on-site shifts during implementation periods.

Manages NERC CIP consulting engagements, including client relationships, project workstreams, sales support, compliance assessments, NERC audits, cybersecurity process improvements, internal control analysis, and deliverable quality. Develops business opportunities, presents solutions to executives, mentors consultants, and advises North American electric utility and energy clients on NERC compliance and reliability strategy.

Lead fraud risk management, prevention, assessment, and operational improvement initiatives. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive recommendations through implementation. Research emerging fraud trends and create SOPs, governance frameworks, requirements, process documentation, executive briefings, presentations, and reports. Translate complex fraud topics into actionable guidance for technical, operational, and executive audiences.
