Teams at Guidepost Montessori

Provides temporary leadership across Montessori school campuses, partnering with Heads of School to manage daily operations, support staff, guide families through admissions, manage CRM inquiries, resolve parent concerns, coordinate events, and oversee vendors, supplies, billing support, and campus organization.

Supports children ages 0–6 in a mixed-age Montessori classroom by observing individual needs, maintaining an orderly learning environment, assisting with activities, building relationships with children and families, and collaborating with Lead Teachers. The role includes professional development, sponsored Montessori training, and opportunities for career growth.

Lead campus teams and operations for Guidepost Montessori schools in downtown Chicago, managing enrollment, family relationships, community outreach, billing and facilities coordination. Ensure mission-aligned culture, high-quality classroom experiences, and use CRM/billing systems to track leads and enrollment. Partner with regional leaders to support school performance and staff development.
