Teams at Guidepost Montessori

Lead campus teams to ensure mission-aligned Montessori education, manage enrollment and family relationships, oversee daily school operations (billing, supplies, facilities), run tours and outreach, track leads in CRM, resolve family concerns, and partner with regional leaders to support program and operational excellence.

On-call substitute teacher supporting mixed-age Montessori classrooms (ages 0–6). Provide routines, activities, and a safe, nurturing environment; collaborate with staff and model professionalism. Flexible, part-time hours with training provided.

Lead and develop campus teams to deliver high-quality Montessori early childhood education. Responsibilities include hiring and staff development, building school culture, supporting enrollment and family engagement, partnering with regional leaders on operations and sustainability, and making data-informed decisions that balance educational excellence and school performance.
