Teams at Guild Mortgage

Provide system support and user administration for Retail Operations/Sales systems including loan origination software. Troubleshoot UI issues, handle escalation tickets, test defects, assist configuration, participate in UAT and post-production validation, create training materials, and support process improvements using automation and Lean concepts.

Serve as a product and underwriting liaison supporting sales and operations: advise on product selection and loan structuring, answer UW inquiries, provide training and webinars, act as SME for LoanBeam and jumbo products, and help roll out product changes while maintaining strong customer service and process improvement.

Lead enterprise data analysis and governance: elicit requirements, define KPIs, maintain logical data dictionary and data lineage, validate and curate data, design ETL/data integration needs, produce dashboards and actionable insights, drive automation/AI-first improvements and mentor junior team members.
