Lead complex commercial glazing and facade projects from design to installation, mentoring junior project managers and ensuring project success.

Own end-to-end market and competitive research projects: scope requests, verify information, track developments, and produce clear, decision-ready briefs. Establish and maintain research processes, templates, and documentation, handle ad hoc requests, and support intelligence for business and client engagements.

This role leads Haldren's management agenda, ensuring predictable delivery across teams through strong governance and stakeholder management. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, change management, and developing high-performing teams.
