Jobs at Hallow

Lead in-person parish and school missions across a designated region, running retreats, Mass engagements, youth and parent events, and training. Represent Hallow onsite to assist with app access, answer theological questions, gather partner feedback, and support online formation. Frequent travel and relationship-building with parish leaders are central.

Lead company-wide AI adoption by mapping systems and workflows, designing and building specialized agents and tools, structuring data schemas, coaching teams, enforcing responsible AI and data-security policies, and coordinating cross-functional adoption, measurement, and iteration.

Craft theologically grounded meditations, guided prayers, and reflections; own creative production from ideation through audio direction; build external creative partnerships; pitch series and seasonal content; and collaborate with marketing, product, and design to deliver content that helps users encounter God.

The Parish Lead will build relationships with parishes, introduce Hallow, manage CRM workflows, and support community prayer initiatives while traveling 20%-30% of the time.

Lead end-to-end production for Hallow's flagship audio/video show and support a growing content slate. Develop creative strategy, production systems, editorial calendars, and workflows. Manage guest coordination, on-location recording, post-production, audio/video quality, editing and publishing across the Hallow app, YouTube, and other platforms. Coordinate talent, logistics, and scale multiple simultaneous productions.
