Teams at Hallow

Build and manage relationships with parish partners across the Northeast, introducing them to Hallow, leading presentations and in-person events, activating parishioners, and sustaining partnerships. The role also develops CRM workflows, manages partner experiences, creates supporting marketing materials, and contributes to renewals and expansion. Success requires strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, Catholic faith knowledge, process orientation, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-growing startup.

Own Hallow’s three-statement operating model, forecasts, scenario planning, budgeting, and budget-to-actual reviews. Lead customer cohort and financial KPI analyses, automate financial planning processes, and support financing opportunities, due diligence, and strategic partnership modeling. Partner closely with the CFO, executive team, department heads, and accounting team while preparing board and executive reporting.
