Supports industrial and infrastructure projects by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, documentation, and client relationships. The role contributes to site development, master planning, logistics, port, terminal, and intermodal assignments, using Primavera P6 for scheduling and project controls. It also supports proposals, scope development, feasibility analysis, process improvements, and progression toward broader project leadership.

Leads quality assurance, technical oversight, and business development for traffic engineering projects. Reviews traffic models, intersection and interchange studies, reports, signal and ITS designs, and engineering analyses. Advises clients, mentors staff, supports proposals, and helps develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Requires extensive traffic engineering experience, Illinois PE licensure, and expertise with traffic modeling and applicable transportation standards. Occasional travel is required.

Designs and optimizes HVAC and plumbing systems for government, commercial, and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include producing construction drawings and specifications, equipment selection and sizing, site visits, facility condition assessments, cost estimates, CAD and simulation modeling, construction administration, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The engineer may lead technicians and designers, maintain code and industry knowledge, and travel up to 30% of the time.
