Lead Harbor's Data & AI consulting service line for law firms: own P&L and financial performance, develop and productize offerings, oversee delivery and talent development, drive business development and market thought leadership, and ensure measurable client value.

Lead and build Harbor's global RevOps function, owning end-to-end revenue lifecycle, GTM operating model, tech/data stack modernization, analytics, cadence, and governance. Partner with CRO, CEO, CFO, Board and cross-functional teams to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity, win rates, renewals, and sales productivity while standing up scalable processes, tooling, and operating rigor across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance and IT.
