Rotational internship across Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success. Provide technical support, manage incidents, improve incident intake and workflows, test support processes, use AI tools and automation, support account management tasks, gather end-user requirements for data pipelines and reporting, analyze source data for quality issues, and create technical documentation.

Identify business challenges and translate them into AI initiatives; architect AI solutions using appropriate models, frameworks, and infrastructure; guide data science and engineering teams through proof-of-concept development and deployment; mitigate bias and model drift through monitoring; and communicate an AI vision aligned with business goals.

Own and execute a regional sales territory: develop annual sales strategy, prospect and retain customers, meet forecasts, present software, record CRM activity, support marketing and public-sector procurement, and leverage AI to improve results.
