Leads mechanical design for complex commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, process, and power systems from concept through construction. Performs QA/QC reviews, mentors junior staff, manages client relationships, supports business development, and may handle project management responsibilities. The role focuses on industrial manufacturing, agricultural, food and beverage, process utilities, central plants, boiler and chiller systems, piping, ventilation, and related facility systems.

Design and plan municipal civil engineering projects involving transportation, water, and wastewater infrastructure. Support asset management and capital improvement planning, develop plans and bid documents, evaluate engineering solutions, prepare budgets, coordinate permits, ensure compliance with local ordinances, and attend municipal board meetings.

Lead municipal infrastructure projects end-to-end including planning, construction plans/specifications, construction layout, resident engineering, stakeholder coordination, and managing multiple projects concurrently.

Design and manage municipal transportation, water, and wastewater projects; develop plans, specifications, budgets, and bid documents; support asset management and capital improvement planning; secure permits and ensure compliance with local ordinances; attend municipal board meetings and advise clients.

Manage roadway/highway design projects end-to-end including geometric design, drainage, MOT/traffic control, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, stakeholder coordination, client liaison with IDOT and local agencies, proposal development, and mentoring junior staff.

Lead design and management of municipal drinking water projects including treatment plants, tanks, pump/booster stations, and conveyance infrastructure. Produce master plans, designs, specifications, estimates, and proposals. Provide technical leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior staff, support business development, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Design, develop, and implement control systems for water/wastewater treatment facilities. Create electrical drawings and schematics in AutoCAD, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.

Design and plan water and wastewater systems including pumping, process and mechanical piping, valves, and process equipment. Deliver quality engineering work on time and within budget and communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Manage multiple municipal civil engineering projects including construction management, budgeting, scheduling, client relations, team leadership, and supporting business development efforts.
