Lead mechanical design for complex HVAC, plumbing, and industrial systems across concept to construction. Provide QA/QC reviews, mentor junior staff, support business development, and manage projects for process, power, manufacturing, food & beverage, and agricultural facilities.

Manage roadway/highway design projects end-to-end including geometric design, drainage, MOT/traffic control, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, stakeholder coordination, client liaison with IDOT and local agencies, proposal development, and mentoring junior staff.
