Owns territory planning, pipeline development, forecasting, revenue execution, sales-process discipline, and team performance. Serves as a player-coach in strategic deals while establishing operating cadences, improving sales systems, and mentoring AEs through complex discovery, negotiation, objection handling, and closing cycles.
