As a Legal Engineer, you will design and implement custom AI tools for clients, require strong legal expertise, and engage with stakeholders.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS and technology agreements; provide training and resources to sales and cross-functional teams; support fast, efficient execution of customer agreements; and take on additional legal work across the company as needed.

Lead and scale Harvey's Legal Engineering teams in the Americas, managing managers, building operating systems and processes, partnering cross-functionally (Product, Eng, Sales, CS), advising senior stakeholders, and delivering exceptional outcomes for in-house customers.
