Own Workday HCM configuration, complex integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, Studio, APIs), and security model. Configure advanced business processes, manage releases and testing, partner cross-functionally to ensure scalable, secure HR systems, and resolve data and access issues for a rapidly growing global company.

Lead enablement strategy for internal technology initiatives (especially AI tooling). Drive adoption through change management, training, documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder alignment. Monitor usage and iterate on enablement plans, partner with product/engineering/CS/GT M, and produce runbooks and reports to measure technology health and ROI.

Own strategic relationships with the largest Harvey customers, driving adoption, change management, executive engagement, and product-feedback loops. Lead implementations, monitor account health, enable end users, and evangelize Harvey to maximize value and retention.
