Build custom n8n flows, API integrations, webhooks, and middleware to implement complex, code-level onboarding and orchestration for enterprise SaaS clients. Scope projects with sales, own end-to-end technical onboarding, QA, monitoring, and feed recurring needs back to Product. Act as a client-facing technical consultant, including onsite visits, and create reusable integration patterns.

Build and own systems powering voice and text AI agents across calls, SMS, and email. Design prompts, tool integrations, evaluation frameworks, and observability; partner with product and design; apply CI/CD, testing, feature flags, and mentor junior engineers.

The Sales Development Representative will engage with business owners and sales executives, book productive conversations, and contribute to the SDR team's strategies and best practices.
