Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, supervises resident assistants, monitors medical and behavioral changes, develops and reassesses care plans, follows physician orders, coordinates preventive and rehabilitative services, and reports community and resident conditions to health services leadership. The role also emphasizes compassionate hospitality, resident independence, family engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency medical care and service to senior community residents as an EMT or EMR. This is a full-time Tuesday-through-Saturday afternoon/evening position from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Responsibilities focus on supporting resident health and safety in a senior living environment.

Leads occupancy growth and sales strategy for a senior living community. Manages prospect relationships from inquiry through move-in, conducts tours, develops referral partnerships, oversees local marketing and community events, coaches sales staff, tracks pipeline and conversion metrics in Salesforce, and collaborates with leadership on pricing, promotions, reporting, compliance, and service excellence.
