Assist with system setup, benchmarking, latency optimization, troubleshooting, training, demos, and proof-of-concept deployments. Collaborate with R&D to reproduce issues and validate fixes, produce documentation and solution guides, support pre-sales, and travel to customer sites (30–40%).
