Manages and grows an established customer portfolio through outbound calls and email. Builds relationships with business decision-makers, identifies sales opportunities, upsells products, responds to orders and quote requests, provides pricing, tracks sales orders, resolves issues, supports customers, and works toward quota and margin goals. The role may also involve estimating, product take-offs, and proposal preparation.

Develops supply chain network baselines, analyzes logistics and inventory data, models current and future-state scenarios, and evaluates cost-service tradeoffs. Supports warehouse and transportation optimization, product flow improvements, facility stocking strategies, and safety stock decisions. Uses enterprise systems, business intelligence, Llamasoft, and Tableau to produce data-driven recommendations and executive presentations. Coordinates cross-functional projects, vendors, permitting, scheduling, and onsite implementation while traveling frequently.
