Strategic Operations Manager, Special Projects

Reporting directly into the VP of Product, you will own the operational challenges of our highest profile new growth verticals. You’ll drive high-impact new features that fuel exponential business growth and deliver a world-class experience to our members.
You will work with the HealthJoy leadership team to execute on complicated operational needs, including: building operational playbooks, working with demanding partners to shape MVP collaborations, launch and measure their impact, and continually grow to incorporate new business opportunities.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring partnership with colleagues in Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and more, as well as external partners. You’ll combine strategic thinking and creativity to set clear goals, build messaging that resonates, and execute high-impact launches that elevate our brand and drive huge business growth beyond launch. This is the first position of it's kind for HealthJoy, and we are excited to get started.
