Lead day-to-day marketing for the PreK-12 sector, oversee proposals/RFP responses, develop sector content and messaging, supervise Pursuit Specialists, coordinate pursuit strategy, manage content libraries, and improve marketing processes and tools.

Design and document electrical systems from concept through construction. Perform lighting and power calculations, short circuit studies, NEC compliance, Revit modeling, QA/QC, coordination with disciplines and consultants, RFI/submittal responses, field verification, and mentor junior staff while tracking project hours and supporting client interactions.

Lead and perform medium-to-large CFD analyses (interior and exterior), develop CFD standards/workflows, create mechanical system layouts in Revit, oversee drawing production and QAQC, mentor staff, manage project mechanical scope, and produce technical documentation and client presentations.

Lead Community-sector design and business development as Principal-in-Charge. Oversee project delivery, mentor staff, drive sector strategy, thought leadership, and maintain ~50% chargeable project work while expanding client relationships.
