Oversee property preventive maintenance, repairs, life safety systems and utilities; manage engineering staff, budgets, records, and capital projects; ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards and maintain building systems and equipment.

Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient, friendly guest arrivals/departures, train and direct guest service agents, handle payments and cash management, resolve guest complaints, maintain accurate records in the property computer system, and support Front Office Manager to meet service and financial goals.

Responsible for income audit processes and payroll oversight. Reconciles night audit receivables, posts and bills city ledger accounts, reconciles credit card backups, manages purchase orders and invoices, handles vendor inquiries and reconciliations, maintains financial records and logs, and supports Controller with discrepancies and reporting.
