Supports hotel sales administration by handling inquiries, reservations, contracts, correspondence, filing, and client coordination. Assists with marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media planning, content creation, marketing materials, influencer and media activations, competitive research, and promotional projects. Coordinates with hotel departments, agencies, photographers, and other partners while tracking deadlines and maintaining brand standards.

Manages restaurant, room service, bar, and other food and beverage operations. Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, service quality, regulatory compliance, sanitation, budgets, labor and food costs, inventory, promotions, and guest satisfaction. Develops strategies to increase revenue while controlling expenses and maintaining hotel standards. Requires strong leadership, communication, planning, delegation, analytical, and hospitality operations skills.
