Provides first-line support and administration for Finance applications including SAP Concur, Medius, and Sage Fixed Assets. Maintains users, permissions, workflows, configuration, records, and documentation; troubleshoots access and routing issues; manages ServiceNow tickets; performs testing; and identifies process, workflow, training, and documentation improvements.

Owns the operational health, stability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise applications. Manages incidents, problem resolution, releases, change governance, vendors, SLAs, KPIs, and ServiceNow workflows. Leads cross-functional teams, drives root-cause remediation, improves operational processes, communicates with executive stakeholders, and ensures reliable business system performance.

Leads requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Partners with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, technical, and leadership teams to improve processes and deliver scalable solutions. Manages functional deliverables across implementations and enhancements, uses Azure DevOps for requirements and project tracking, and supports adoption through documentation, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.
