Leads payroll shared services across U.S. and Canadian multi-entity operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery. Manages payroll staff, UKG configuration, tax compliance, controls, audits, year-end processing, reporting, process standardization, and payroll integrations for acquisitions. Partners with HR, Finance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, improve systems, protect sensitive data, and support union and non-union payroll environments.

Owns the operational health, stability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise applications. Manages incidents, problem resolution, releases, change governance, vendors, SLAs, KPIs, and ServiceNow workflows. Leads cross-functional teams, drives root-cause remediation, improves operational processes, communicates with executive stakeholders, and ensures reliable business system performance.

Leads requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Partners with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, technical, and leadership teams to improve processes and deliver scalable solutions. Manages functional deliverables across implementations and enhancements, uses Azure DevOps for requirements and project tracking, and supports adoption through documentation, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.
