Support investor accounting by preparing financial statements, valuations, and schedules; learn accounting and reporting processes; use NCREIF and Yardi data; assist with quarter-end, audits, and adherence to governing agreements and REIS standards.

Provide second-line support for internal and 3rd-party systems, develop SSRS/Microsoft BI solutions, troubleshoot incidents, interact with users/vendors, document requirements, coordinate resources, and report status to the project manager.

Prepare financial statements, valuations, performance returns, and property operating analyses for real estate portfolios. Generate periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/NCREIF), administer Yardi and NCREIF data, assist audits, prepare budgets and business plans, and support due diligence and client reporting under senior oversight.
