Coordinates inbound airfreight shipments from pickup through customer billing. Responsibilities include shipment processing, routing and tracking, customs documentation, broker coordination, airport transfers, delivery scheduling, customer notifications, rate verification, billing, accounts payable issue resolution, document archiving, and credit checks. The role also supports customer setup, internal task assignment, process improvements, and identification of potential sales leads.

Develops complex global fashion logistics accounts by acquiring new business, expanding customer relationships, preparing proposals, closing sales, and achieving growth and profitability targets. Manages customer planning, quotations, service-level agreements, implementations, complaints, CRM records, and sales leads. Requires collaboration with international stakeholders and opportunity management teams, plus frequent overnight travel of up to 50%.
