Coordinates seafreight import shipments from arrival through freight release, maintaining communication with customers, carriers, vendors, brokers, and government agencies. Processes shipping documentation, arrival notices, delivery arrangements, milestone tracking, billing-related information, regulatory compliance, carrier payments, inspections, and additional charges. Requires strong organization, customer service, communication, time management, freight documentation, Incoterms, and Microsoft Office skills.

Supports HR strategy and employee needs across the US and Canada. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, investigations, compensation and merit programs, benefits and payroll coordination, compliance, I-9 administration, personnel records, staffing support, training coordination, audits, and employee engagement initiatives. The role partners with leaders and regional HR teams, supports multiple locations, and requires approximately 20% overnight travel.

Manages and grows national ecommerce accounts while acquiring new customers across online retail, marketplaces, DTC brands, and omnichannel businesses. Develops account plans, sells customized logistics solutions, negotiates pricing and contracts, leads customer business reviews, manages RFQs and implementations, and collaborates with internal teams on fulfillment, parcel, last-mile, cross-border, and returns solutions. Maintains CRM records, monitors sales performance, develops pipeline, and travels occasionally for customer and industry events.
