Partners with product teams to influence roadmap decisions and champion new offerings. Requires enterprise customer success or account management experience, employer healthcare expertise, strong communication, strategic thinking, and fluency with AI tools. Travel up to 40% is required.

Leads Hello Heart’s enterprise marketing strategy and team, driving B2B demand generation, qualified pipeline, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, partner marketing, events, and product launches. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product, and BDRs to support commercial growth across employers, consultants, health plans, and strategic partners. Owns campaign performance measurement, KPIs, experimentation, and optimization while embedding AI into marketing strategy and operations.

Investigate and resolve complex production issues across backend services, data workflows, and technical support systems. Analyze logs, query SQL and MongoDB databases, troubleshoot JSON/YAML configurations, support client integrations, and assist with bug fixes and data validation. Partner with Engineering, Client Operations, and User Support teams to identify root causes, escalate issues, improve workflows, and reduce recurring support problems.
