As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll develop and maintain the Dynamic Copay Engine's services, design pricing logic, and manage data integrations, focusing on backend systems for health insurance functionality.

Serve as a strategic operator and force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team. Drive cross-functional initiatives, prepare Board and investor materials, enable AI adoption and build workflows, support finance and revenue analytics, coordinate leadership rhythms and company offsites, and translate executive priorities into measurable plans and follow-through.

Own and build backend services for benefit estimate (270/271), claims adjudication integrations, and claims processing pipelines. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and throughput across PostgreSQL, Redis, and BigQuery, design APIs, participate in architecture and incident response, and contribute to on-call rotation.
