Sells new and used vehicles while meeting dealership sales goals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying vehicle needs, demonstrating vehicles, recommending options, calculating pricing, completing sales paperwork, arranging delivery and registration, conducting business development, addressing concerns, maintaining customer satisfaction standards, and participating in training. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, regular attendance, customer communication, and work across indoor, outdoor, and test-drive environments.
