Lead GPO-focused business development and account strategies to grow revenue and margin. Manage strategic relationships, negotiate and oversee GPO contracts, align internal sales and cross-functional teams, deliver training, analyze performance metrics, and drive contract utilization and IDN/ASC/DSO expansion.

Handle high-volume inbound calls and live chats to take orders, resolve issues, and upsell/cross-sell products. Manage complaints, coordinate returns/credits, follow pricing approval processes, stay current on product knowledge, and meet performance and compliance standards.

Develop and maintain EHS policies and programs, conduct site inspections and incident investigations, ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, IATA, IMO and EPA regulations, support hazardous materials shipping compliance and SDS management, deliver EHS training, coordinate regulatory responses, and provide technical guidance to business units.
