Develop security patches for CVEs affecting end-of-life .NET versions and NuGet packages. Analyze upstream fixes, rebuild legacy .NET environments, maintain cross-platform toolchains, and create test harnesses for patch correctness and compatibility. Build AI-assisted automation for vulnerability triage and backporting, support customer engineering teams, and contribute to security, supply-chain, and cloud-related initiatives.

Responsible for month-end and year-end close, general ledger accuracy, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, and corporate card accounting. Owns accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, dunning, customer billing inquiries, aging and DSO reporting, and tax documentation. Supports sales/use tax and VAT inquiries, audits, internal controls, process documentation, accounting research, and automation using AI tools.

Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracting, including deal design, drafting, review, negotiation, risk analysis, and contract compliance. Build scalable legal operations through templates, playbooks, workflows, vendor terms, and contract calendars. Partner with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, leadership, and legal counsel on complex transactions, data privacy requirements, and strategic contracting guidance.
