Serve as Hertz liaison and single point of contact for fleet partners. Manage accounts, support fleet account managers and new-hire trainings, assist through rental lifecycle from reservation to invoice, develop process improvements, and communicate with VP/C-level stakeholders to grow revenue and market share.

Support location performance and learn all aspects of branch operations including sales, customer service, fleet logistics, vehicle/facility care, finance, and team leadership. Shadow managers, assist with scheduling and coaching, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months.
