Build and maintain high-performance Ruby on Rails services on a Rails/AWS/Kubernetes stack. Own end-to-end feature development, optimize DB queries and APIs, support legacy modernization and new product growth, participate in on-call rotation, and drive CI/CD, testing, and architectural improvements.

Lead design and delivery of EVV training and adoption programs for assigned payer/state clients. Develop strategic training plans, manage multiple projects, track adoption metrics, mitigate risks, collaborate cross-functionally, support providers directly, and communicate with stakeholders to drive product adoption and minimize churn.
