Manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity accounts, coordinating customer communications, follow-ups, onboarding, adoption, escalations, and renewals. Maintain Jira tickets, account health scores, and risk visibility while partnering with solution architects, technical support, and account directors. The role owns day-to-day customer relationships, ensures action items are completed, identifies adoption risks, and surfaces expansion opportunities.

The Senior Accountant will support monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable, vendor payments, billing, accounts receivable, collections, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role will maintain internal controls, support audits and compliance, collaborate across departments, and improve accounting workflows through automation and technology. It reports to the Controller within a remote, high-growth AI cybersecurity company.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues for customers using the HiddenLayer AISec Platform, partner with internal teams, and improve documentation and processes.
