The Adoption Project Manager oversees complex customer adoption programs, maintaining project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring readiness for customer launches.

Lead the outsourced production of 3D props, establish asset standards, ensure quality, and build scalable asset pipelines for use in Unreal Engine.

Work across the full stack on Higharcs Estimate product: optimize queries, build React UI components and frontend state, write e2e tests, integrate external APIs, and occasionally work with CAD/geometry. Own projects end-to-end, maintain code quality through tests and reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact features.
