Supports the General Counsel through corporate paralegal work and executive administration. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, managing corporate records and filings, supporting governance, M&A, compliance, KYC, subpoenas, and legal research. The role also coordinates executive meetings, communications, travel, expenses, budgets, document management, office operations, and stakeholder relationships.

Develop and scale AI-powered products, automations, CRM capabilities, and corporate intelligence solutions. Translate business needs into product requirements, manage use cases from ideation through deployment, improve Salesforce and data workflows, create executive insights, validate AI outputs, and support responsible AI governance, user adoption, training, and continuous improvement.

Owns portfolio-level financial analytics and recurring investor reporting, including financial models, cash flow analysis, performance variance reviews, covenant monitoring, due diligence responses, and executive reporting. Partners with asset management, leadership, and investor teams while leading reporting improvements, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.
