Sell timeshare/vacation ownership through face-to-face meetings at resorts. Build rapport, tour amenities, present offerings, handle qualified leads, close sales, and deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable vacation experiences.

Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership programs to qualified guests, generate sales and referral leads, maintain client communication and follow-up, attend weekly sales training, meet compensation and sales volume targets, and uphold company ethics and customer-service standards.

Lead and develop a retail sales team of 3-4 representatives inside Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's to generate leads and sell vacation packages. Responsible for staffing, training, coaching, hitting sales goals, delivering excellent customer service, and managing flexible schedules in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Engage Bass Pro Shops customers to present and sell vacation ownerships, build trust, meet sales targets, provide concierge-style recommendations, and participate in ongoing training.

Greet and engage store customers to present and sell vacation ownership; deliver informative presentations, recommend packages and local attractions, meet individual and team sales goals, stay current on promotions and offerings, provide concierge-style service, and participate in ongoing training. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Supervise and coach field sales teams to meet FPS package sales targets, train new hires, manage schedules and marketing materials, coordinate with marketing leadership, maintain policies, handle partner and customer issues, and support hiring and performance management to achieve area sales forecasts.

Greet and check in/out owners and guests, handle reservations and payments, respond to guest requests, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, maintain front desk supplies and safety deposit boxes, and perform other front-desk duties to ensure positive guest experiences.
