Lead product, cloud, application, infrastructure, and internal security across Hipp’s healthcare SaaS platform. Responsibilities include architecture reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability management, cloud and identity security, monitoring, incident response, AI-agent security, compliance controls, vendor risk, customer security reviews, and security mentorship.

Build Hipp Health’s outbound sales engine by personally booking 20 qualified meetings monthly, developing prospecting sequences and qualification standards, maintaining HubSpot dashboards, and documenting a scalable BDR playbook. The role also shapes junior BDR hiring and onboarding, coaches new representatives, manages pipeline syncs, and partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product on messaging and market feedback. The position is remote and supports healthcare IT sales to ABA and behavioral health organizations.

Build and ship production features across backend services, APIs, frontend systems, AI-native healthcare infrastructure, EMR, and billing platforms. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers; write clean, tested code; participate in code reviews; and own projects from concept through production.
