Manages commercial insurance pricing strategy, rate indications, filings, actuarial analysis, data processes, and implementation across multiple lines of business. Leads a team of analysts, partners with IT and business stakeholders, supports regulatory requirements, develops SQL-based validation processes, and monitors pricing changes to promote sustainable and profitable growth.

Develop and implement actuarial pricing strategies for specialty commercial insurance products. Responsibilities include rating plan design, rate indications, state filings, DOI objection handling, profitability reviews, competitor and market monitoring, pricing system implementation, SQL-based analysis, GLM modeling, dashboard development, and stakeholder presentations. Requires collaboration with Product, Underwriting, Distribution, IT, and actuarial teams to support profitable growth and pricing governance.

Executes insurance policy servicing activities, including endorsements, cancellations, renewals, binding support, issuance, and policy maintenance. Provides responsive support to brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. Identifies workflow improvements, documents processes, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and scalability across the policy lifecycle.

The role involves analyzing liability claims, managing general liability claims, driving early resolutions, and maintaining relationships with clients and brokers.

Provides day-to-day legal support to the U.S. property and casualty insurance business. Responsibilities include drafting policy forms and endorsements, supporting product strategy and innovation, managing regulatory filings and inquiries, reviewing insurance distribution agreements, advising on marketing and licensing requirements, handling complaints and examinations, and conducting legal research.

Support development and implementation of pricing strategies for small commercial P&C lines. Build rating plans, prepare rate filings, run profitability reviews, implement raters, perform GLM-based analyses, produce SQL-driven tools and dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders while partnering with underwriting, product, IT, and distribution teams.

Responsible for handling mid to high-severity Miscellaneous Professional Liability claims from inception to resolution, including litigation processes and mentorship of team members.
