The Market Development Manager builds and qualifies hospital and health-system pipeline for the Edison System by mapping target accounts, engaging physicians and administrators, conducting discovery, and handing off qualified opportunities to Area Sales Managers. Supports trade shows, KOL identification, and coordinates post-sale handoffs to ensure program launch and utilization growth while maintaining pipeline reporting and compliance.

Identify and qualify hospital and health system opportunities for the Edison System, build early clinical and administrative relationships, maintain pipelines, hand off qualified accounts to sales, support launches and KOL development, and represent histotripsy at events while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Designs, analyzes, and interprets clinical trial, RWE, and observational data for a medical device. Develops statistical plans, predictive models, and ensures data quality, regulatory compliance, and traceability. Collaborates with clinical, regulatory, and data teams, supports submissions and publications, mentors interns, and represents the company externally.

Support execution of commercial marketing initiatives for a medtech company by managing marketing operations, CRM/data, assets, physician programs, digital/social activities, vendor print and launch coordination across cross-functional teams.

Coordinate and manage concurrent preclinical studies as the central program lead: maintain master timelines and trackers, coordinate CRO logistics and contracting, manage study documentation and version control, serve as operational liaison across regulatory, clinical, marketing, RAD, and operations, support KOL/event logistics, and compile regular status reports to keep programs on schedule and compliant.

Lead downstream commercialization for histotripsy across liver and pancreas indications. Translate portfolio and clinical evidence into brand positioning, go-to-market plans, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, KPIs, and cross-functional launch and lifecycle execution to drive adoption and revenue.
