The Project Architect leads design teams and manages project execution, documentation, and client collaboration while mentoring staff and ensuring design quality.

Develop whole-building energy and performance simulations, perform detailed engineering analyses (energy, daylighting, renewables), provide LCCA/LCA, support post-occupancy verification, produce technical reports, and collaborate with design teams to inform sustainable design decisions.

Lead whole-building energy and thermal simulation analyses, lifecycle cost and carbon evaluations, and sustainability research. Mentor staff, produce technical reports, integrate performance modeling into design decisions, and advance firmwide ESG and energy-efficiency initiatives. May require travel.

Lead the L2 technical support team; manage service requests, install software and hardware, document processes, and support end-user systems.

Lead building energy and performance modeling across project lifecycles, directing dynamic thermal simulations, systems evaluations, LCCA/LCA, renewables integration, post-occupancy verification, mentoring staff, managing resources, and translating analysis into client-facing recommendations to achieve low‑carbon, resilient buildings.

Lead sustainable design projects, manage team resources, create ESG objectives, and deliver project certifications. Mentors staff and engages clients.

The Designer will create conceptual designs, collaborate on projects, manage client relationships, and ensure design quality throughout project phases. Requires strong organizational and technical skills.
